I ordered 8 different cups and have a teapot coming. I will use them every day and when not in use I will display them in a glass fronted cabinet.

I love this design. Mine was damaged upon arrival. I sent pictures and they sent a new one immediately no questions asked. This is hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced with overseas sellers and probably just in general. If you’re thinking about getting one but have qualms about overseas sellers set your worries aside as they’re definitely reliable. I’ll be using Tenmokus again.

Extraordinary texture in this cup. And the packaging is a gorgeous surprise, too.

While this is an absolutely beautiful piece, it is much smaller than the other chawan I purchased at the same time...it almost seemed more like a sakuzaki than a chawan. It is still a beautiful piece, but I doubt I will use it for chanoyu.

I came across Tenmokus on a FB post and was wary but I am so glad that I placed an order. I purchased 4 and was almost impossible to chose - 4 of the same or 4 different (I went for coordinating but different) and the oni cup is my favourite with its stunning irregular glazing - the perfect combination of wabi-sabi. I'm delighted with my purchase and so glad I took a chance and ordered through an FB-sponsored ad. I'm just trying to chose my next 4 for the collection!

I bought this for the interesting pattern, and it did not disappoint! It has a different type of beauty that you need to look for in order to truly appreciate. The mood of this cup is more subdued...good for misty fall mornings, rather that the bright blaze of summer. I will enjoy using this cup on those days when I need more quiet serenity.

The oni cup is a tumultuous sea monster look. It’s a beautiful cup is very well crafted. My only complaint is that it is small but I knew that before I bought it and I am sure it will bring me many days of warm tea and happiness.
