A beautifully made tea set. Arrived in a gorgeous well lined and padded wooden box. It is all so beautiful. Well worth the investment. I'm so glad that I purchased this set.

Smaller than expected as compared to the 2 cups I already bought which were larger. Color is not as brite as the pictures. Also the latch on the box broke as I opened the box. Both parts of the latch were crooked. I thought I sent you pictures of the latch. Overall, I still like it.

As a newcomer to enjoying tea, even though the description stated the ml capacity of the items I was surprised by size of the set- being used to seeing bigger pots and cups. Also, beyond the pot and cups, I was not sure of how the other pieces were to be used. I did some research and learned about the chinese approach to enjoying tea, and about the use of each piece. The knowledge really helped me enjoy the set to its fullest. Perhaps you could consider including an information page with sets on how best to use each piece for newcomers. Thank you

A beautiful set with a well formed spout that pours evenly from a nice height. The cups all hold heat well for their small size and display the colours of the tea in a lovely way. Love the little filter piece and holder as additions!

The ice burg tea set I bought as a present for my daughter was initially stuck in the customs in Bangkok. After some frustrations i faced communicating and trying to make payment on extra tax in s foreign country, I emailed Yuki from Tenmokus for help. Yuki was quick to respond to my email and immediately came up with a solution for me and helped me contact their FedEx agent to make payment on my behalf after I transferred the amount to them. It was such a relief and within 2 days, my daughter received the beautiful Tea Set and she was absolutely thrilled buy its beauty! Thank you Yuki for your prompt and Stirling after sales service!
