the first one i received was broken, not properly packaged .I received a replacement very quickly after showing pictures of the damaged product. it was for my wife's birthday and she was thrilled with the teapot and cups I ordered. Beautiful pieces. exquisitely crafted.. I'm happy with both the pieces and the service!

It's a beautiful, nicely crafted piece in a very impressive package(I suspect the packaging is a large part of its purchase price). It's smaller than I expected. While I realize these are hand- crafted items, it's not nearly as pink as shown, which was in large part why I ordered it for my daughter. It's still pretty and I think she'll like it, but it's only 80% what i expected. Delivery was quick.

Ever bought something that just makes you happy looking at it! I love my teapot so much. Smaller than I envisaged but I get 2 1/2 cups of afternoon tea from it. My happy time. Beautiful quality.

I first bought a tea cup in the " Succulent " pattern.. The quality was so good that I subsequently bought a tea pot in the same pattern! These are truly the creations of skilled artists !

Smaller than expected, but very beautiful and elegant. A wee bit of luxury in a busy life for my DIL.

Beautiful teapot, size is pretty perfect for one person, brewing would be a bit of a chore with more than that. Bought this in conjunction with the succulent tea set, and it all looks so good together! Glaze is beautiful, can't complain!

I like the 'Succulent ' design of both the tea cup and the tea pot. My disappointment is with the size of the tea pot. I expected it to be much larger as to brew at least two cups of tea. I'm not sure this year lot will fill one tea cup. But it is beautiful and cute.

A beautiful, well crafted little pot. It was wonderful to be able to share the history of tenmoku pottery as well. Makes a great present for tea lovers

Sometimes you are afraid to order products that ship from another country, but don't be afraid to order with this company. I received my order, teapot and tea cups, in such a timely manner. The teapot didn't have as much pink in it as I would have liked to see, but is was still very beautiful. I would recommend ordering from them.

Very nice product, impeccable finish, in addition to being pleasant to use, it is a beautiful decorative object. For individual use, the teapot is in a small size. I give 4/5

The tea pot was much smaller than I had expected. I was disappointed. This is a Christmas gift form my son, he has seen it and casually mentioned it to me. The craftsmanship is very good however.

Very nice teapot. Works well. But again, size is approximant.
