I ordered two cups as a present for my best friend. They arrived promptly and were packaged exquisitely in a beautiful padded box. My friend loved them as much as I did and we brewed up and drank tea immediately. Lovely to hold and drink from. I will purchase more for myself. Love them.

It was a delight dealing with this company. The order arrived very quickly (even for COVID times). It is exquisitely made and is a such gorgeous colour (jellyfish). The cup I brought is a gift for my mother and it is of such lovely quality I think she will treasure it for many years to come.

My order was lost in transit, Tenmoku were fantastic about helping to trace it and then completely replacing it. Yuki was so responsive and reassuring. All three of the tea cups are such unique and stunningly beautiful pieces that is was well worth the wait! I gave them as a special gift to my sister on her 30th. I know she loved them. Hopefully, I'll be able to buy her a teapot on another occasion. I can see a collection of Tenmoku will be on the cards.
