Beautiful, well-made, luxuriously packaged. The photos don't do these justice. (I purchased a variety of six cups, each one as glorious as the next.)

This beautiful cup does not disappoint at all. The open shape and the delicate pattern of the glaze truly look like a blossom opening.

The glaze and form of the cup were both lovely! But the cup was much thicker walled and heavier than I expected. It is very delicate in appearance, but a bit of a disappointment when I picked it up, which would spoil the pleasure a little when I handle it to drink from it.

I absolutely love the cups. Beautifully done & the presentation as the box is opened is stunning. The boxes are as much an artistic statement as the cups themselves. Very pleased!

Your website presentation could be upgraded a bit with information that westerners might like -- the approximate sizes, with scale (hand holding the cups, for example) would be useful. I didn't know until they came what size they might be, and while I love them and the size is just right, I would have preferred to have been surer of my choice. And I love the varied bottoms of the cups and often couldn't see what they looked like in silhouette. Again, I'm happy with what I got, but presentation on these things on the website might enhance the buying experience.

Great service. It arrived quickly (to New Zealand)especially in this present climate with delays with postal services from overseas. Thank you. I like the colours of the tea cup. It is good that is a different shape from my other cups.

Bloom is an exceptional cup. When you stare into the cup it feels like you are looking at a chrysanthemum made of sea-foam. I would have given it five stars but the other cups I received had a bit more of an impact. Still, I cannot fault it for its delicate beauty, well worth the price.

"Amazingly well designed cup, lies great in the hand and drinks from easily, doesnt get to hot even if you boil the water to 100c the way the design comes through the tea is mesmerizing. The tenmoku cups are a big hit to all i serve tea to.
